The product is Complete new with seal still on.We bought 2 Arc 20W panels but just needed one in our travels.We only Selling the Solor panel and not we the V72 Battery bank.But it works perfect with other power bank like Omni 20 and other brand with the barrel.This information below is that you can have good general view about the product.
