Brian This is for 45 1 inch by 3inch solar cells( 2.5CM X 7.5CM) .5 volts at .5 amps each( 36 cells wired in series will make a 9 watt panel) Mixed brands, could be one brand in a pack or mixed brands in a pack. These cells are cut from larger cells and in the process their will be SMALL chips on some of the corners. You may also see some minor cosmetic imperfections on some cells. I tabbed some of these cells using a flux pen and leaded solder and my inexpensive 40 watt soldering iron with the tip modified chisel shape, it was easy and smooth both front and back. 36 cells will make a 9 watt panel.
