Vintage low output solar charger kit (probably from the 1980’s), simple board in a metal picture frame. 16 Volt 250 Ma. I checked it with a multimeter & it does put out variable voltage (depending on amount of sun). I assume it would be great for low voltage requirements, however there are no regulators other than diodes. Take a chance for a bit of technological history.
